Ruthie Kim is an executive leadership coach, transformational speaker, and passionate advocate for women and girls. She is the founder of Because Justice Matters in San Francisco and leads Golden, a movement that encourages women to live out their God-given purpose with courage and faith.

Ruthie’s heart for people shines through in everything she does, from mentoring and ministry to equipping leaders around the world. As an ordained minister and Executive Coach with Novus Global, she works with individuals, families, and organizations to build lives rooted in purpose, strength, and lasting impact.
