To begin the season of Lent, we will be observing Ash Wednesday together as part of our 7:14 Prayer.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a season of reflection, repentance, and spiritual renewal. It reminds us of our need for God, often symbolized by the placing of ashes on the forehead as a sign of humility and mortality. It’s a call to examine our hearts and grow closer to God through prayer, fasting, and acts of compassion.
Our service will begin at 7:14 PM in recognition of 2 Chronicles 7:14.
“if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
***For Parents and Guardians: Children's programming will not be provided for this event.
