- Epic Church is looking for an administrative assistant who is driven to work with excellence and integrity in a fast paced environment. If you excel in the following areas and enjoy doing them, you may just be right for this role:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings.
- Attend meetings (when requested) with the pastors and follow up on projects and events. Document action steps and filter them to the appropriate people.
- Communicate with staff, volunteers, and the specific individuals in the congregation on behalf of the pastors.
- Assist the pastors in tracking expenses, including turning in receipts and coding them to the proper category.
- Manage the calendars of the pastors and input events on the master calendar of the church.
- Order food for events.
- Work with other staff members at the discretion of the pastors.
- Coordinate travel for pastors.
- Handle outgoing mail, and receive and organize incoming mail.
- Order supplies.
- Workflow follow-up.
